1. ORDERING & PRODUCTION
How does Cohaho work? Cohaho is a Print-on-Demand (POD) store. This means your products are printed specifically for you only after you place an order. This helps us reduce waste and offer a wider variety of unique designs.
Can I change or cancel my order? Because we start production quickly, you can only change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the item has already entered the printing process and cannot be modified.
How do I know which size to pick? We provide a detailed Size Chart on every product page. We highly recommend measuring a shirt you already own that fits well and comparing it to our chart before ordering.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long will it take to get my order?

Production Time: 3 – 4 business days.

Shipping (US): 5 – 8 business days.

Shipping (International): 10 – 20 business days.

Total delivery time = Production + Shipping.
What are the shipping costs?

US Domestic: $6.99

International: $16.99

Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $100 USD.
How can I track my package? Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please note that it may take 3 – 7 business days for the carrier to update the tracking information in their system.
3. RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? Since every item is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or "incorrect size/color" choice. However, we offer a full refund or replacement if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong product.
I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do? Please email us at cs@cohaho.co within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item's defect or the wrong item received. We will resolve it for you within 48 hours.
Do I need to ship the item back? In most cases of defects or errors on our part, you do not need to ship the item back. Just send us the photo evidence, and we will process your replacement or refund.
4. PAYMENTS & SECURITY
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other secure payment gateways as displayed at checkout.
Is my personal information secure? Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption to ensure that all your personal and payment information is kept 100% safe and confidential.
5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Will I have to pay customs/duties? For international orders, some countries may charge import duties or taxes. These fees are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.
